UPDATE: The Dallas Irrigation Association has postponed their annual water conference for 2010. We will update as new information becomes available.

 

See an irrigation violation?

Help the TCEQ, the irrigation industry, the consumer, and your business. Report violations to BOTH your local municipality and the TCEQ.

· Report violations in a timely manner

· Report in writing to maintain a paper trail (use letters or email)

· Make copies for your own records

· Supply copies of ads or take photos (if possible)

· Follow up in writing after 30 days to check on status

· Elevate the violation report if no action is taken
